Booking Procedure: Space Apart Hotel studio apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Booking Deposit: A booking deposit of 33% of the total cost of your accommodation is required to secure the booking.
Credit Card Charges: Payment will be taken in full, in advance, unless monthly payment as indicated below is agreed.
Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for any credit card transactions. There is no surcharge for a debit card.
Payment: The balance of charges are required on arrival.
Weekly/monthly payments can be arranged for long stay guests once agreed in writing by the Manager.
Security Deposit: No security deposit is required for any bookings paid for in full, in advance.
Option to Extend: Option to extend is subject to availability.
We recommend for extensions of 1 to 3 nights that 2 days' notice is given, and for stays exceeding 3 nights we recommend 7 days' notice is given.
Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in is from 15:00 and check out by 11am
Cancellations: For stays of 1-7 days we require 3 days' notice. After this, a charge of not more then 2 nights will apply.
For stays exceeding 7 days we require 7 days' notice. After this, a charge of 3 nights will apply.
