Dave Scobie, Manager, Space Apart Hotel

Dave has recently joined Space Apart Hotel and brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality sector. As well as managing pubs and bars in the UK Dave has international hospitality experience thanks to a successful spell managing a hotel in Reykjavik, Iceland.

As Hotel Manager Dave oversees all aspects of the running of the hotel.
